Where did you purchase the item?

🏪 In physical ALIKANTE or SCALINI stores

Items purchased in physical ALIKANTE or SCALINI stores can be returned within 14 days.

💻 In the ALIKANTE online store

Items purchased in the online store can be returned within 30 days.

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be:

  • in their original, undamaged packaging;
  • unworn outside and in resalable condition;
  • accompanied  by proof of purchase (VAT invoice or other purchase document).

DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURNS

If you have purchased a defective item, you can return it within 24 months from the date of purchase, in accordance with the 2-year EU legal guarantee.

EXCEPTIONS TO WARRANTY

The warranty does not apply if:

  • the item has suffered mechanical damage;
  • footwear was worn out of season;
  • decorative elements or accessories are damaged (rhinestones, buckles, insoles, laces, or heel taps).
