Card usage rules

Any natural person at least 16 (sixteen) years of age who has filled in the registration form and submitted it in the ALIKANTE store or online store www.alikante.lt can become a participant of the program.

Program participants are issued a physical card only in physical stores. When filling in the registration form online, the card with the barcode will be sent to the specified e-mail.

Registration form:

• Name
• Surname
• Date of birth (Day / Month /Year)
• E-mail
• Mobile phone number
• Relevant note on familiarization with the rules

Application of discounts:

• The benefits of the loyalty program can be used only by the person on whose behalf the registration is made.
• A program participant, who fills in the registration form in a physical store and receives a physical card, does not have an account in the online store.    
• Program participants with an e-card discount code can use it for purchases both online and in physical stores.
• Program participants with physical cards can take advantage of discounts when purchasing only in physical stores.

The corresponding discount is applied during the online purchase process after entering the barcode in the discount field. When making a purchase in a physical store and having an online registration, before making a payment for goods, you should show the card in your e-mail box (you can have it as a photo on your mobile phone), or you can say one of your details (name, surname, email, phone number) and the store employee will apply a discount. Discounts are not cumulative and are calculated from the original price.

The birthday discount is provided after the customer specifies the exact date of birth (Day / Month /Year). The discount is available on any day of the month of birth. The discount applies to one purchase of goods on any day of the birthday month.

A loyalty program participant can at any time refuse to participate in the program:

• By sending an email with a request to leave the program to the email address info@alikante.lt;
• By informing the consultant about it orally in any ALIKANTE store.

Loyalty program rules

1. The loyalty program is valid for all customers who register online or in a physical store. The customer is provided with a barcode, which will be used for discounts. In case of registration via the Internet, the card is sent to the customer by e-mail with the assignment of an individual discount code, which is immediately activated and valid in all ALIKANTE stores in Lithuania, as well as in the e-store. When filling out and registering the form, after confirming agreement with the loyalty rules, the customer receives a card with a barcode free of charge, upon presentation of which discounts are available only in physical ALIKANTE chain stores throughout Lithuania. Discounts are not cumulative and are calculated from the original price.
2. The customer is informed and agrees that his/her personal data will be processed by AMARIVUS UAB, which undertakes to dispose of the personal data of the loyalty program participant in accordance with the requirements provided for by legal acts. AMARIVUS UAB has the right to collect, accumulate and other processing of personal data, insofar as this is necessary for the implementation of the loyalty program. 
3. After receiving the consent of the loyalty program participant to use his/her personal data for direct marketing purposes, AMARIVUS UAB has the right to send notifications to the e-mail address specified by the loyalty program participant in the form and/or in the form of short SMS messages.
4. The discount is granted to the Customer only if the Customer tells the seller his/her discount code, name, surname or telephone number optionally before paying for the goods.
5. AMARIVUS UAB reserves the right to change the rules of the loyalty program without prior notice.
